Real estate agents launch new websites for 2013

Tricia Tialdo Real Estate Website Before After LRS CurbAppealIn anticipation of the best home-selling season since 2008, three Illinois real estate professionals recently launched new websites with LRS CurbAppeal, taking advantage of the powerful web tools to help their marketing efforts. Bob Davenport, Tricia Tialdo, and Christopher Mitchell all plan to get a jump on spring house hunting demand using the integrated search, communication, and organization features included with all LRS CurbAppeal sites.

“Real estate sales continue to be trending up,” notes Bob Davenport, a Carbondale broker with Realty Central Inc. “I need to be prepared for any client searching online for the perfect home in my area. With my advanced property search, I’m now ready for everyone at www.BobDavenport.com.”

“I want to be immediately accessible to home buyers or sellers with questions,” says Tricia Tialdo with Tialdo Realty in Belleville. “My email is out of control, so I appreciate being able to forward all questions from my website www.TriciaTialdo.com directly to my smartphone by text message. I never miss a request for information, regardless of where I am at the time, and can respond immediately.”

“Keep it simple is my motto when it comes to the Internet,” explains Christopher Mitchell with Home Buyers Relocation Services in O’Fallon. “I need to update and add information to my site www.RealEstateOnYourSide.com quickly. Now I can manage that without needing a course in information technology or paying a tech-savvy assistant to do it for me.”

New websites are a top priority for these real estate professionals. If you are a real estate agent thinking about your sales goals for the year ahead, are you prepared for the 2013 season? Learn more about online tools to help you reach your objectives at www.LRSCurbAppeal.com.
